The European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for Core Team positions for the EOM to observe in the Republic of Colombia, the Legislative elections scheduled for 8 March 2026 and Presidential elections scheduled for 31 May with a possible presidential run-off scheduled for 21 June 2026.
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature for one (maximum two) of the following 9 positions:
• Election Analyst
• Political / Campaign Finance Analyst
• Legal / Human Rights Analyst
• Press and Public Outreach Officer
• Media Analyst
• Social Media Analyst
• Observer Coordinator
• Deputy Observer Coordinator
• Data / Election Technology Analyst
Applicants for the position of Deputy Chief Observer, as per the separate Call for Candidatures, are allowed to apply in parallel for one (maximum two) Core Team positions.
