The European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for the position of Deputy Chief Observer (DCO) for the EOM to the Republic of Colombia to observe the Legislative elections scheduled for 8 March 2026 and Presidential elections scheduled for 31 May with a possible presidential run-off scheduled for 21 June 2026.
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature the following position:
• Deputy Chief Observer (DCO)
Applicants for the position of Deputy Chief Observer are allowed to apply in parallel for one (maximum two) Core Team positions as per the separate Call for Candidatures.
