UNDER SUSPENSIVE CLAUSE, depending on the decision of the HRVP to deploy an EU EOM Kosovo 2025, the European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for Core Team positions for the EOM to observe the Parliamentary Elections in Kosovo, tentatively scheduled to take place on 9 February 2025.
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature for one (maximum two) of the following 9 positions:
- Electoral Analyst
- Political Analyst
- Legal Analyst
- Press Officer
- Media Analyst
- Social Media Analyst
- Observer Coordinator
- Deputy Political Analyst
- Data Analyst
Applicants for the position of Deputy Chief Observer, as per the separate Call for Candidatures, are allowed to apply in parallel for one (maximum two) Core Team positions.
