The European Commission is initiating the selection process for Core Team roles for the Election Observation Mission (EOM), which will observe the General Elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo. These elections are provisionally set for 20 December 2023.
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature for the following position:
- Deputy Chief Observer (DCO)
Applicants for the position of Deputy Chief Observer are allowed to apply in parallel for one (maximum two) Core Team positions as per the separate Call for Candidatures.
Deadline for application: 26 September 2022 (23h59 Brussels time)
