The European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for Core Team positions for the EOM to observe the Parliamentary Elections in the Republic of Lebanon, tentatively scheduled to take place on 10 May 2026 (please, note that this date might be postponed).
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature for one (maximum two) of the following 9 positions:
- Election Analyst
- Legal / Human Rights Analyst
- Political Analyst
- Media Analyst
- Social Media Analyst
- Press Officer
- Data Analyst
- Observer Coordinator
- Deputy Observer Coordinator
Applicants for the position of Deputy Chief Observer, as per the separate Call for Candidatures, are allowed to apply in parallel for maximum two Core Team positions.
Deadline for application: Friday 20 February 2026 (23:59 Brussels time)
