The European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for the position of Deputy Chief Observer (DCO) for the upcoming Election Observation Mission (EOM) to observe the Parliamentary Elections in the Republic of Lebanon. These elections are tentatively scheduled to take place on 10 May 2026 (please, note that this date might be postponed).
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature the following position:
- Deputy Chief Observer (DCO)
Applicants for the position of Deputy Chief Observer are allowed to apply in parallel for maximum two Core Team positions as per the separate Call for Candidatures.
Deadline for application: Friday 20 February 2026 (23h59, Brussels time)
