Please register your participation by sending an email to the following address FPI-4-GRANTS-TENDERSatec [dot] europa [dot] eu (FPI-4-GRANTS-TENDERS[at]ec[dot]europa[dot]eu). One representative per company is allowed to attend the session. On the day of the opening please make sure you leave enough time for the security check. A representative of the European Commission will pick up the participants at the reception at 9:20am.

The Corrigendum No 5 published on 27/06/2015 and related amendments to the tender dossier as well as subsequent clarifications clarified that all subcontractors, including freelance experts, must provide a Declaration of Honour on Exclusion criteria and absence of conflict of interest. Through Corrigendum No 6 (published on 22 July 2015) the Contracting Authority took note of the concerns of tenderers that they might not be able to provide the Declaration of Honour for all subcontractors before the deadline of 31 July 2015 and extended the tender submission deadline to 7 August 2015.

It should be noted that all tenders that are found eligible will be examined by the evaluation committee and the principle of proportionality will be applied during the evaluation process.
