The EU hosts Kimberley Process Plenary meeting in Brussels – livestream available

In 2018, the EU holds the rotating Chairmanship of the Kimberley Process, a coalition of governments, civil society and the diamond industry, which is helping to eliminate the trade in so-called conflict diamonds. This year’s plenary meeting of the Kimberley Process takes place in Brussels, Belgium from 12 – 16 November. At the plenary, participants will notably discuss the review and reform agenda, environmental challenges to artisanal and industrial mining.

The opening and closing sessions will be livestreamed here (interpretation into English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian available).
