The exhibition is displayed in “Hotel Grand” and is dedicated to the stories of victims of wars in the region. The goal of this exhibition is to acquaint the general public with the stories and make a plea for support for the victims and other affected groups in the region in their pursuit of truth and justice.

The exhibition consists of 34 original photographs, taken by four photographers in various places in Kosovo, Serbia, and North Macedonia. The photographers created a universal story with their photographs and united the painful memories of an ordinary people and their suffering.

The stories represent several aspects of the wars in the former Yugoslavia - family photos of missing persons, sites of atrocities, mass graves, internally-displaced people, and memorials, but also the lingering consequences of the conflict that are still felt today, showing all the tragedy and complexity of the war.

The exhibition aims to advance mutual understanding at the collective and individual levels in order to increase social development and cohesion. It is part of the action “Strengthening Inclusive Victim Voices, transforming narratives” implemented by Integra, Peace Movement (PAX), International Centre for Transitional Justice (ICTJ), New Social Iniciative (NSI), Civic Initiatives (CI) and Peace Action (PA), supported by the European Union.

After the opening, it will be possible to visit the exhibition every day from 10:00 to17:00, until the 18 December 2022.
