Unwaste: The challenges posed by the illicit flows of waste from Europe to Southeast Asia

Webinar to discuss challenges related to illicit flows of waste from Europe to Southeast Asia, and to introduce a new FPI-funded project, Unwaste: tackling waste trafficking to support a circular economy which is implemented by UNODC and UNEP.

The event targets waste trade practitioners in the EU and Southeast Asia, and will include a case study presentation by OLAF, as well as Indonesia’s Ministry of Environment and Forestry’s experience in returning shipment to sender.
