The European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for the Core Team positions for the EU EOM to the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe, to observe the upcoming Presidential and Parliamentary elections scheduled to take place respectively on 19 July 2026 (potential presidential runoff on 9 August 2026) and on 27 September 2026.
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature for one (maximum two) of the following 6 positions:
- Election Analyst
- Legal / Human rights Analyst
- Media / Social Media Analyst
- Press Officer
- Data Analyst
- Observer Coordinator
Applicants for the Deputy Chief Observer position may also apply in parallel for up to two Core Team positions, in accordance with the separate Call for Candidatures.
