The European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for the Core Team positions for the EU EOM to the Republic of Zambia, to observe the upcoming General elections scheduled to take place respectively on 13.08.2026 (potential runoff on 19.09.2026).
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature for one (maximum two) of the following 10 positions:
- Political Analyst
- Election Analyst
- Legal Analyst
- Deputy Legal Analyst
- Press Officer
- Media Analyst
- Social Media Analyst
- Observer Coordinator
- Deputy Observer Coordinator
- Data Analyst
Applicants for the Deputy Chief Observer position may also apply in parallel for up to two Core Team positions, in accordance with the separate Call for Candidatures.
Deadline for application: Sunday, 31 May 2026 (23:59h Brussels time)
