The European Commission wishes to initiate the selection procedure for the position of Deputy Chief Observer (DCO) for the EU EOM to the Republic of Zambia, to observe the upcoming General elections scheduled to take place respectively on 13.08.2026 (potential runoff on 19.09.2026).
The Commission invites interested applicants to submit their candidature the following position:
- Deputy Chief Observer (DCO)
Applicants for the Deputy Chief Observer position may also apply in parallel for up to two Core Team positions, in accordance with the separate Call for Candidatures.
