Final evaluation of EUPOP Indonesia finds the action broadly relevant and effective in widening EU outreach (436 events, 279,596 participants, 21.6m reach). Main weaknesses: event-led rather than strategic comms, heavy reliance on paid views, and weak M&E/reporting (OC12: 52%).
